Introduction of raw materials for zinc alloy die casting

Zinc alloys for die casting are commonly available in the Zamak series (e.g. Zamak 3, Zamak 5) and the Zinc-Aluminum series (e.g. ZA-8).

These alloys have excellent fluidity, corrosion resistance, high strength and high hardness, and are suitable for the manufacture of parts with complex shapes and forms.

Zamak 3 is widely used in automotive parts and electrical enclosures, zamak 5 is suitable for mechanical parts, and za-8 has high strength and is commonly used in the production of automotive and electrical parts.
